Role:

We are searching for a D365BC Support superstar to join our clients small bespoke D365BC practice. This is a unique opportunity that offers a career path directly into Consultancy with full training and guidance provided. London office attendance twice a week is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Dynamics NAV/ D365 BC system. Work closely with a small team of support consultants.
• Provide the company with essential reporting and data analysis.
• Develop solutions that improve the efficiency and capability of ERP system users.
• Perform financial analysis and implement actions to improve profitability.

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years Dynamics NAV/ D365BC support experience.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience of working in a helpdesk environment.
• C/AL, C side knowledge.

Beneficial Skills:

• SQL Server experience
• .NET experience
• Degree educated
• Previous experience within an MS Gold Partner.
