Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and streamlining financial systems for businesses? We are seeking a Dynamics 365 F&SCM Consultant with a strong focus on finance to work closely with clients, implementing, configuring, and optimizing financial operations. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in enhancing the financial performance of businesses while contributing to overall ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to understand their financial operations and requirements, crafting tailored ERP solutions that drive efficiency.
• System Configuration: Implement and customize Dynamics 365 F&SCM, specifically financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.
• End-to-End Implementation: Manage the entire implementation cycle, from initial analysis to post-go-live support, ensuring seamless system integration and optimized performance.
• Financial Optimization: Analyze and propose improvements for financial processes, focusing on cost reduction, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Training & Support: Provide client training and ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition to the new system, helping clients maximize the value of their ERP investment.
• Data Migration: Oversee data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside supply chain and production teams to ensure full business integration across functions.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor the latest developments in ERP and financial technologies, providing cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Who You Are:

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 F&SCM with a focus on finance modules.
• Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations, including system configuration, testing, and training.
• Deep understanding of financial processes, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Reporting.
• Skilled in translating technical solutions into business outcomes and presenting these solutions confidently to clients.
• You have a knack for problem-solving and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• You're a team player, valuing collaboration and clear communication to ensure project success.
• 5+ years Microsoft Partner experience as a D365 F&O Finance Consultant
• A Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident of Canada
• Ability to travel as needed - Would be limited with top end around 30% across the USA/Canada
