I'm working with a well-established Microsoft Partner known for delivering high-quality ERP solutions and ongoing support to a growing portfolio of clients. Right now, they’re looking to bring in a D365 Business Central Support Consultant with solid experience and a Partner background to join their expert team.

What you'll be doing:
- Providing expert-level support on D365 Business Central to a diverse client base
- Troubleshooting and resolving 2nd/3rd line technical issues
- Working closely with consultants and developers to escalate and resolve complex cases
- Assisting with upgrades, patches, and testing
- Contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing internally
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Must have worked in a Microsoft Partner environment
- Strong understanding of core BC modules (Finance, Warehousing, Sales, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills - comfortable working directly with clients
- Able to manage time across multiple projects and priorities
- Bonus if you’ve supported clients internationally or worked with ISVs/extensions
