Key Responsibilities:

1. Customization and Development: Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to accommodate specific business needs. This includes creating and modifying AL code and designing new functionalities.
2. Integration: Develop and manage integrations with other software applications and systems used within our organization, ensuring data flows seamlessly and securely.
3. Testing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test and debug customizations and solutions to guarantee high performance, reliability, and accuracy.
4. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all BC customizations and integrations to assist in troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including end-users, department heads, and IT colleagues, to ensure the BC solutions align with organizational requirements and are optimized for our unique use cases.
6. User Training: Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize the BC system.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in BC development and suggest improvements to enhance our systems continually.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4+ years Business Central/ 6+ year NAV Development
• Proficiency in AL code, C/AL, and development tools for Business Central.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., BC Development or related) are a plus.
• Must be a US Citizen OR Green Card Holder
