Role:
In this position, you will manage the Dynamics Support Department and provide reliable and high-quality customer service. Ensuring that the highest level of client satisfaction is provided as well as being the key person for any escalation issues. Complete autonomy of the support department in charge of recruiting and mentoring current employees.

Required experience:
6+ years Microsoft Partner experience
5+ years Dynamics NAV/BC experience
3+ years Dynamics NAV/BC customer support management experience
Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder
Excellent communication ability and passion to for customer satisfaction
