We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CRM Systems Engineer to join our client's team. This full-time, fully remote position offers the opportunity to work out of Austin, Dallas, Houston, or Washington D.C. offices. The role involves maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the firm's Client Development, Marketing, and Sales systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong analytical abilities. This is an exempt position with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert and first line support for all CRM and ERM systems, including related marketing and sales systems like Foundation and Pitch Perfect.
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks for CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the core team to implement a new CRM system.
  • Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of system upgrades, new modules, and related applications.
  • Provide first-level support to analysts/engineers and handle service desk escalations.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to vendors as necessary.
  • Monitor and follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure solution integrity.
  • Facilitate the escalation of major issues to the appropriate parties.
  • Provide management with project briefings and identify opportunities for self-improvement.
  • Attend project meetings, seminars, and training sessions to enhance technical skills.
  • Participate in testing and quality checks as required.
  • Recommend improvements for greater efficiency, functionality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate new products and tools as needed.
  • Undertake other projects and duties as assigned, including after hours and weekends when necessary.

Required:

  • Experience with a CRM software platform.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL (DBA level not necessary).
  • Ability to quickly learn and manage new applications, systems, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-management skills.
  • Professional interaction with customers and team members.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding CRM data.
  • Clear and concise documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
