Position Overview:

As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer relationship management (Dynamics 365) systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design efficient solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of CRM initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM system configurations and improvements.
  2. System Enhancement: Evaluate and optimize existing CRM systems, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, functionality, and user experience.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making for the sales and marketing teams.
  4. Solution Design: Develop and document detailed CRM system specifications, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  5. Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing to ensure CRM system changes meet business requirements and are error-free.
  6. User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize CRM system utilization and efficiency.
  7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes, configurations, and changes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and related tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
