Position Overview:
As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer relationship management (Dynamics 365) systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design efficient solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of CRM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM system configurations and improvements.
- System Enhancement: Evaluate and optimize existing CRM systems, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, functionality, and user experience.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making for the sales and marketing teams.
- Solution Design: Develop and document detailed CRM system specifications, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.

Qualifications:
