Central Services Manager
Surrey based- office 5x a week
Up to £60k + benefits
URGENT HIRING
This end-user is looking for a Central Services Manager to join their team to support their services across the board. The chosen candidate must be able to travel into the office 5 days a week to surrey. This role is an exciting and busy role for someone who likes to have lots going on and the potential to progress into other roles.
Required skills:
- Experience in the education/catering or consultancy industries
- Someone with CSM/Operations management experience
- Excellent management/communication skills
- Strong financial/business acumen
- Good Microsoft knowledge for IT skills
- Confident in delivering meetings and presentations
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of documentation and policies for ISO 9001, 12001 and B-corp
- Day to ay control of the centre and liaising with managers of each department
- Help with HR tasks and recruitment
- Attend senior management meetings
- Input ideas for improvement of services and processes
- Opportunity to work on consultancy projects
