Central Services Manager

Surrey based- office 5x a week

Up to £60k + benefits

URGENT HIRING

This end-user is looking for a Central Services Manager to join their team to support their services across the board. The chosen candidate must be able to travel into the office 5 days a week to surrey. This role is an exciting and busy role for someone who likes to have lots going on and the potential to progress into other roles.

Required skills:

  • Experience in the education/catering or consultancy industries
  • Someone with CSM/Operations management experience
  • Excellent management/communication skills
  • Strong financial/business acumen
  • Good Microsoft knowledge for IT skills
  • Confident in delivering meetings and presentations

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of documentation and policies for ISO 9001, 12001 and B-corp
  • Day to ay control of the centre and liaising with managers of each department
  • Help with HR tasks and recruitment
  • Attend senior management meetings
  • Input ideas for improvement of services and processes
  • Opportunity to work on consultancy projects
