ROLE

An exciting opportunity from my client, who requires a Sage X3 Upgrade Manager. The successful candidate will be involved in carving the strategy of release installations, or upgrades, for Sage X3 clients and ensuring that my client remains a trusted partner to our Sage X3 clients by providing packaged services that attract the highest number of subscribers.

Responsibilities (including, but not exclusively)

• Ensure profitability of upgrade services.
• Ensure 80% of my clients Sage X3 clients are on a supported version of Sage X3 thorough proactive engagement with clients to schedule and budget compliance services.
• Manage licenses.
• Monitor and ensure client communications on Sage and related third-party licenses required for system updates.
• Manage third parties
• Proactively provide information form third-parties (Independent Software Vendors or "ISVs") to the team on compatibility for Sage X3 releases including any required budgets for ISV services related to new Sage releases.
• Assist ISVs to prioritize work activity for Sage releases.
• Oversee best practice in implementation delivery for Sage X3 patches and upgrades including:
• Provide templates and coaching for project mangers and deployment consultants.
• Manage technical and functional documentation.

Key Skills

• 5 plus years of ERP software product delivery.
• Proven success in leading teams to deploy new or upgrade/optimization ERP projects.
• Knowledge of the Sage X3 application landscape or similar enterprise applications for the upper mid-market.
• Results-oriented with strong time management skills and capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment and highly organized to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
