Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality Oracle solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Oracle projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure optimal utilization and allocation of resources.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, provide leadership and guidance to project team members, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience managing Oracle projects, including Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and customizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle applications, databases, and technologies, with hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications, or Oracle Cloud.
• Strong project management skills, with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects in a client-facing role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Oracle Primavera.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
