Join a respected Microsoft Partner in the Netherlands as a Dynamics 365 Business Central / ERP Project Manager. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering end-to-end ERP projects, ideally with experience in NAV/Business Central. Role Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, ensuring timely, budget-aligned delivery while managing scope and project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key communication link, managing expectations with regular updates and ensuring alignment between project teams and stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate tasks and manage team and consultant schedules to meet project milestones.
• Risk and Quality Control: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project outcomes meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Training and Documentation: Oversee the creation and delivery of user training and documentation, facilitating effective system adoption and client self-sufficiency.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct post-project analysis to extract lessons learned, applying insights to enhance future project success.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor spending, and report on financial performance.
• Technical and Relationship Leadership: Provide technical guidance, adhere to best practices, and cultivate strong client relationships for ongoing engagement opportunities.

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in software implementations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Fluent in Dutch, both reading and speaking, as all our clients are based in the Netherlands.
• Strong communication skills and a drive for customer contact.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business processes-oriented, IT component).
• Ability to work hybrid, with the flexibility to start your day between 07:30 and 09:30, working 8 hours from the start time.
