Role Overview!
As a D365CE & Power Platform Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions and services to all clients. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE) and Power Platform will enable the business to maintain its status as a leader in the field, ensuring client satisfaction and driving our continuous growth.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has approximately 2 years of experience in D365CE & Power Platform, with a solid track record of successful project delivery.
- Is genuinely passionate about technology and innovation, constantly seeking to learn and improve.
- Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with both clients and team members.
- Is motivated and driven to succeed, showing a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
- Has experience delivering D365CE and Power Platform solutions end to end including workshops, gathering requirements, building solutions, configuration, training and more.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
- Understanding of business processes and experience in providing solutions to streamline operations.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
