We're on the lookout for a proficient Automated Test Developer with significant experience with ERP systems (preferably D365 F&O). The chosen applicant will play a crucial role in crafting, implementing, and refining automated test procedures for the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) environment. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of finance and operations, as well as proficiency in automated testing technologies and methodologies. Experience with Appium for mobile testing is desirable.

Key Duties:

• Automated Test Scripting: Craft, refine, and upkeep automated test scripts utilizing our specialized tool tailored for D365 Finance and Operations.
• Test Implementation: Carry out automated testing to validate the effectiveness and dependability of D365 Finance and Operations across different modules and use cases.
• Troubleshooting: Delve into test failures to pinpoint causes and undertake thorough troubleshooting to address issues within D365 Finance and Operations, covering erroneous processes, financial period closures, inventory mismatches, among others.
• XPath Application: Employ XPath or comparable methods to precisely select test elements and navigate D365 Finance and Operations' complex structures for enhanced automated testing.
• Enhancement Initiatives: Actively seek and apply improvements to the automated testing procedure, streamline test scripts for better performance, and aid in advancing testing approaches.
• Team Collaboration: Engage closely with developers, testers, product teams, and stakeholders to assure the excellence and reliability of our D365 Finance and Operations testing and application.
• Documentation: Document test scenarios, plans, and outcomes comprehensively for efficient knowledge dissemination and to maintain a catalogue of automated tests.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Additional certifications are advantageous.
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in automated test development for D365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP platforms.

Technical Proficiencies:

• Mastery in automated testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of XPath or analogous techniques for identifying web elements.
• Skilled in using debugging tools and strategies for resolving D365 Finance and Operations issues.
• Solid grasp of finance and operations frameworks, including accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis.
• Acquainted with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Analytical Prowess: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the knack for dissecting complex issues, recognizing patterns, and efficiently resolving problems.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the competency to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
