Conspicuous has seen increased activity in the latter half of the summer as companies are building their teams for projects starting in September.  Most of the solution centres in the country have had an excellent summer both on the NAV and the AX new business sales  with many more projects being signed off in 2012 compared to 2011. This has led to increased movement in the market and especially candidates looking to relocate from overseas. At Conspicuous we have seen an encouraging increase in the shorter term contract market as projects are either secured or completed.
