As the world continues to adapt to remote working, it’s essential for Dynamics apps and services to be accessible from anywhere in the world from a range of devices. In 2022, we’re thrilled to see Dynamics 365 offer a multitude of mobile-friendly experiences to support hybrid working across the globe.

When it comes to CRM mobile functionality, Dynamics 365 for Sales is one to watch. CRM Artificial Intelligence

Another factor we’re looking forward to seeing this year is the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Dynamics network. As AI continues to transform the way we live and work across a multitude of sectors, CRM technology is no exception.

In 2022, the requirements of CRM technology are moving toward automated processes wherever possible and one key example of this lies in personalisation and customised, targeted communication to stakeholders.

Building on Microsoft’s Customer Journey Orchestration (released in August 2021), Dynamics 365 looks to enhance customer and client journeys with Power Automate Flow - a unique automation platform that integrates seamlessly Dynamics 365. This allows for personalised AI-driven communications with stakeholders and can be customized to achieve a wide range of effective results. This means when a client or customer reaches a trigger in the user journey, a new and separate journey is created to make sure that each user receives the most appropriate personalized experience

Enhanced collaboration and communication

In recent years, Microsoft has developed its communication platform, Microsoft Teams (MS Teams), to provide a single point of contact for users to communicate. Utilised by millions around the world, MS Teams has helped bring workforces together to share ideas, support remote and flexible working and enhance productivity.

Microsoft has therefore developed a new MS Teams Integration for Dynamics 365 which will allows users to seamlessly collaborate using Teams. Specifically, the newest enhancements will allow other Dynamics 365 notifications to appear in MS Teams and users will also be able to view files, records and notes from Dynamics 365 apps in the side panel during a MS Teams meeting.

These updates reflect Microsoft’s goal to position MS Teams are an effective single-point of communication for users to boost efficiency and foster collaboration.
