“It’s where opportunity and innovation meet.” Conspicuous will be there! Our aim is to learn more about the Dynamics’ solutions and make sure we’re the most up-to-speed Microsoft Dynamics recruiters in Europe. But before we arrive in Barcelona, we’ll be creating a battle plan to get the most out of it. 1. Be seen  First off, we’ll be doing our best to find out who’s going to be there and in what capacity. We will be arranging meetings with clients and potential clients.  For the break-out sessions you can use your registration details to access the schedule builder on the Convergence 2014 website so you can structure your time at the event.  2. Gather content We’re keen to get the most value from attending. One way to do that is to gather information from the event. This is important not only for you to gain relevant insight on the solutions but also so you can repurpose any information to post across your own social and online channels. Why? It displays that you’ve been active in the Microsoft community, and that you’re interested in continuing the conversations that were had at the event. 3. Be sociable. Online.  Microsoft is the most “social” Microsoft it has ever been. Especially in the world of Dynamics – the introduction of social media into our products has been rapid. In the case of Convergence, make sure you follow #CONV14 to engage with other attendees. We’re sure that the conference’s Facebook and LinkedIn will also help keep you posted on the things you may’ve missed too. 4. Networking Good ol’ Microsoft has created some really great networking opportunities at the event. Visit the Convergence Experience Center to meet fellow delegates or to take a look at the latest products. In addition, attend round table discussions, taking place during lunchtimes on Tuesday and Wednesday. 6. Enjoy it Ultimately, we’re there because we’re trying to be as active as possible in the community. That’s because we care about our Dynamics industry and the people in it. It’s also because we think the short and long term future for Microsoft Dynamics is wildly interesting. We can’t wait to learn more. It’s our aim to support Dynamics users, Partners, contributors, businesses and talent with high quality resourcing services. If anyone would like to discuss Dynamics recruitment in more detail, do get in touch.
