What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective communication and solution delivery.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 FO to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system requirements.
- Perform system testing, user training, and provide ongoing support for Dynamics 365 FO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
