Responsibilities:

• Manage the Dynamics NAV/ D365 BC system. And manage/ mentor one other Dynamics Support Professional.
• Provide the company with essential reporting and data analysis.
• Develop solutions that improve the efficiency and capability of ERP system users.
• Perform financial analysis and implement actions to improve profitability.

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years Dynamics NAV/ D365BC support experience.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience of working in a helpdesk environment.
• C/AL, C side knowledge.

Beneficial Skills:

• Dynamics NAV certified
• D365 BC experience
• SQL Server experience
• .NET experience
• Degree educated
