A leading Microsoft Dynamics Partner is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Business Central to join their high-performing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping ERP strategies for prospective clients across North America.
Role Overview:
As a Business Central Pre-Sales Consultant, you will act as a subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle. You’ll work closely with the sales and delivery teams to provide tailored solution demonstrations, define business requirements, and articulate the value of Business Central to mid-market and enterprise clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development initiatives.
- Conduct needs analysis and gather client requirements to design optimal solution proposals.
- Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain client relationships through technical and business credibility.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on ERP best practices and Business Central capabilities.
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and proposal documentation.
- Stay current on product updates and industry trends to inform client discussions.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting role with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong functional understanding of core Dynamics Business Central modules - particularly finance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Partners or similar ERP solution providers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across North America for client meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience with ISV solutions integrated with Business Central.
