Location: Malta (Remote/Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to €35,000 + commission

I'm currently working with a client who's ready to take their intuitive HR platform to market - and we're on the hunt for a Sales Account Executive to lead that charge.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company at a pivotal moment. They've developed a standalone HR software solution (think holidays, contracts, onboarding etc.), already in active use with a small but solid customer base and internally for the last 12 months. Now it's ready to scale.
What the role involves:
- Full ownership of the sales cycle - from cold outreach and lead generation to closing and onboarding
- Targeting GDPR-compliant countries across Europe
- Selling on a SaaS, per-user license model, with an out-of-the-box setup plus optional extensions
- Collaborating closely with product and marketing to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy
Who we're looking for:
- Based in Malta
- Experience selling software/SaaS/digital tools
- Happy picking up the phone and doing cold outreach
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- HR tech experience is a plus, but absolutely not essential
