The Role
As a D365 CE/Power Platform Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading technical pre-sales engagements, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and design tailored solutions leveraging the full capabilities of D365 CE and Power Platform. You will collaborate with sales teams, demonstrate solutions, and provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements, including discovery workshops and demonstrations.
- Design high-level D365 CE and Power Platform solutions aligned with client needs.
- Work closely with sales, delivery teams, and customers to define technical roadmaps.
- Develop compelling proof of concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution value.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft's latest innovations, advising clients on best practices.
- Respond to RFPs, write technical proposals, and contribute to bid processes.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect with expertise in D365 CE & Power Platform.
- Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Microsoft Partner experience is essential
- Ability to engage with stakeholders, translating complex requirements into solutions.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver impactful demos and PoCs.
- Full right to work in the UK - sponsorship is not available.
