D365 F&O Business Analyst – Vernon Hills, IL – $125K–$145K + Bonus
We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Business Analyst to join a well-established organization focused on innovation and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day D365 F&O support, troubleshooting system issues and optimizing processes.
- Gather and document business requirements to support key initiatives.
- Lead testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O upgrades and enhancements.
- Manage integrations between D365 F&O and third-party systems, working closely with ISVs.
- Develop training sessions to improve user adoption and system efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Hands-on experience with D365 F&O (AX), Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management.
- Strong proficiency in LCS, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
