A leading ISV in the Microsoft Dynamics space is seeking a skilled professional to oversee their Business Central support team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business Central support team, ensuring efficient issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex Business Central support cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including development and implementation, to enhance support processes.
- Monitor and analyze support metrics, implementing improvements where needed.
- Provide mentorship and training to support team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related ISV solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
- Previous leadership or management experience within a technical support environment.
- Deep understanding of ERP functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases while ensuring SLAs are met.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and end-users.
- Experience working in an ISV, VAR, or Microsoft Partner environment is a plus.
