Job Title: D365 FO Test Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced D365 Test Analyst to lead and manage the full testing lifecycle of Dynamics 365 implementations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of D365 solutions, from planning through to final sign-off. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, engage with cross-functional teams, and drive testing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end testing process for Dynamics 365 projects, including system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts that align with business requirements and project goals.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, ensuring issues are tracked, documented, and resolved effectively.
- Identify automation opportunities and work with teams to implement automated testing solutions.
- Oversee the UAT process and support end-users, ensuring all critical business processes are tested thoroughly.
- Maintain and improve test documentation across projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices in testing.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ISTQB certification or equivalent, advanced certification preferred.
- Extensive experience as a Test Analyst, with a track record of independently managing D365 testing projects.
- Strong understanding of D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules, especially in finance-related processes.
- Proficiency in test management tools such as Azure DevOps, with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with senior stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in Agile or DevOps environments with a focus on continuous delivery.
