An exciting opportunity has arisen with a global Microsoft Partner seeking a skilled D365FO Solution Architect to lead and manage a growing team. This role offers you the chance to shape the strategic direction of the Dynamics 365 practice while working with cutting-edge technologies and delivering impactful solutions for a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design comprehensive D365FO solutions that meet client needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, guiding them through complex implementations and providing technical expertise.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Act as the technical authority on D365FO, advising clients on best practices and optimising system functionality.
• Drive the growth of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice within the organisation, ensuring scalability and excellence in delivery.
• Participate in the pre-sales process, delivering compelling presentations and technical demonstrations.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a D365FO Solution Architect, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), including architecture, customisation, and integration.
• Strong client-facing and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable:

• Experience with Power Platform, Azure, or other Microsoft technologies.
• Strong understanding of business processes in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.
