Title: D365 CE/PP Support and Managed Services Consultant

Salary: Up to £60k + benefits (DOE)

Location: Buckinghamshire

Travel: Hybrid (1-2 days per month) - UK Driver's License Required

This boutique Microsoft Gold Partner is looking for a confident D365 CE Support Consultant to join the team and help with the continued growth and success of the business. If you are someone who is confident with the full support process through to 3rd line and can be customer facing with confidence, then this could be for you:

What will you be doing:

  • Providing support to the D365 CE/PP system
  • Help deal with small change requests and managed services
  • Communicating with clients and ensuring smooth running of system
  • Communicating with the wider team effectively

What will you need to apply:

  • Experience with 1st/2nd/3rd line support
  • Strong knowledge on D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
  • Confident being customer facing
  • Previously dealt with small change requests
  • Partner experience desirable
