Roles and responsibilities-
An extensive knowledge of the D365 BC applications is key to this role.
You should already have experience in the below skills, as these are the type of responsibilities you will be faced with day to day:
- Documentation of customer requirements and relating them back to the functionality of Dynamics 365BC
- Identify where changes need to be made to clients D365BC system to improve functionality
- GAP analysis, product handovers, signing off project milestones and verifying that the configuration meets client expectations are some essential project tasks
- Be able to work in a team and independently
- Financial systems/methodologies exposure
- Data migration experience
- Consulting and customer facing experience
- Deliver training sessions to individuals or groups
- Meet deadlines
- Business process knowledge
