D365CE Functional Consultant- Leaders of the CRM field in the UK

About the role-

My client is looking for a functional consultant experienced in D365CE to join their CRM team. It will be a remote role with occasional travel to client sites, within an environment where you will stay up to date with the latest technology.

A London based Microsoft Gold Partner whose focus is on the CRM platform. With a variety of clients who they provide enhanced technology and consultancy services for, my client continues to grow as they join a group of companies and expand further.

What you will be doing-

• Involved in the full cycle of implementation
• Manage requirements
• Engage with stakeholders to refine business requirements
• Develop specifications and design documents
• Conduct user training and support documentation
• Effectively communicate to build client relationships

Skill requirements-

• 5 years Dynamics CRM experience
• Hands on experience with full cycle of implementation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with third party tools- DevOps, JIRA, Azure etc
• Analysing data skills
• Be able to run workshops, document, translate requirements
