D365 CRM Support Engineer - Remote (US) - Leading Gold Microsoft Partner - Up to $115k!

An unmissable opportunity has arisen from my client who require a D365 CRM Support Engineer. You will facilitate change in the organization by driving continuous improvement programs for the business systems and processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advising business users on best practices for CRM, development, or integration processes followed by proper documentation of processes and references.
  • Manage system requests, assess viability, and collaborate with internal and external IT resources to determine solutions.
  • Partner with team members across the organization to train new users and support existing users with system usage such as data entry, reporting, and basic system functionality.
  • Lead and participate in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system.
  • Create, modify, and maintaining system customizations to dashboards; views; business processes, workflows, and dialogs; templates; lead nurtures and email sends; reports, fields, and forms; among other possible customizations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years CRM experience focusing on implementations.
  • Experience using Dynamics 365 for Sales.
  • Expert with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Full hands-on experience in installing and deploying CRM Organizations.
  • Full hands-on experience in customizing and creating CRM entities.
  • Understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
  • Self-motivated, and team player who can work with minimal supervision.
