Salary: Up to $110,000 per year

As a CRM Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition of new clients for their CRM Practice, with a particular focus on selling Creatio CRM and related services. You will be responsible for growing new sales revenue by identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities. This involves conducting solution presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You will report directly to the director of sales and work closely with their CRM practice team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue and sales outreach targets.
  • Lead a consultative sales process to address prospects' business challenges.
  • Stay informed about Creatio CRM capabilities in Sales, Service, Marketing, and external use cases.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospects' needs, problems, and ideal solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to tailor presentations and product demonstrations for prospects.
  • Develop success plans with prospects to guide them through their buying journey.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the service delivery team for accurate project initiation.
  • Build a strong opportunity pipeline through prospecting, networking, and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity forecasts and ensure CRM data integrity.


  • 2+ years of experience in selling CRM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to sell to SMB and Mid-Market enterprises.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales skills.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Effective at developing new business and managing sales cycles.
  • Technology-savvy with a focus on activity-driven sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
